Return Policy

At Emily Carter Vancouver, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

A return may only be requested after the item has been physically received by the customer.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it beyond fitting is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes of the same product with the intention to partially return is not permitted.

Return Process

Submit a return request by emailing info@emilycartervancouver.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

The item must be returned at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.

Damaged or Defective Items

Emily Carter Vancouver is not responsible for damage caused during transit by the shipping carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery by contacting info@emilycartervancouver.com and providing clear photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.

Claims submitted after this period or without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
