Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, personalized advice on fashion, fit, and styling.

• Assist customers in finding the right size and outfit, ensuring a premium in-store experience.

• Maintain an attractive store presentation and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.

• Support daily store operations, including restocking and general retail tasks.

• Answer customer questions and provide excellent service, both in-store and through other communication channels when needed.

• Represent the Emily Carter Vancouver brand in a professional and stylish manner.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably within the fashion industry.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends.

• Ability to provide tailored advice and build rapport with customers.

• Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.

• Reliable, presentable, and detail-oriented.
