Shipping Method and Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier, located in China. As a result, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on the weight of the order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Responsibility During Shipping

• If tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
